My Story

My name is Lydia and I have been working in the pet world for over 15 years now.

I have always had a passion for animals and this has always guided my learning and career throughout my life. I have a BSc Hons degree in Applied Animal Studies, am a level 3 canine hydrotherapist, animal and crystal reiki master, and canine behaviourist.
Photography has been a long passion of mine and in recent years I finally decided to take this up professionally with my focus mainly being around dog portrait photography.

I just love being outdoors in the fresh air, going on walks and adventures and getting those wonderful shot that you will treasure for a lifetime!

I have a few animals myself, two cats (Rupert and Lord Flashheart) an indoor bunny (Luther) and of course as you might have spotted around my website, two Pembrokeshire Welsh Corgi models (Sir Digby and Piper). I love nothing more than taking my two out on new locations to test out the area and get them doing their modelling for me, some days they are more cooperative than others, but as a dog photographer I learned very early on that this is ok, and always take the sessions at the dogs pace and what they are willing to offer on that particular day.
